Supervisor Lewis Announces Candidate Bootcamp

Volusia County, FL - On Saturday, January 20^th at 10am, Lisa Lewis, Volusia County Supervisor of Elections, will be hosting a Candidate Bootcamp for potential candidates, members of campaign committees and members of the public.

Topics to be covered include, but not limited to:

• Candidate Registration,
• Qualifying Period;
• Candidate and Treasurer Responsibilities;
• Candidate Financial Requirements and Reporting;
• Available Reports, and
• More.

The Candidate Bootcamp is open to those seeking an elected position in Volusia County, one of its 16 municipalities, or those curious about the candidate process.

“This is a great resource for candidates, as we will cover many important topics,” said Supervisor Lewis.
