The Supervisor of Elections, or a member of the staff, can be scheduled for public presentations throughout the year, depending on availability. Scheduling may not be available during the weeks before, during or after an election.

Discussion and presentation topics may include:

• Upcoming Elections
• Legislative Changes
• Voting Systems
• Voter Registration
• Becoming a Poll Worker
• The Election Process
• The Importance of Voting

Senior/Adult Outreach

The Supervisor of Elections Office visits nursing homes, assisted living facilities and retirement centers at least once a year to assist residents with:

• Registering to vote
• Updating voter information
• Signature updates
• Requesting vote-by-mail ballots

Visits are coordinated with each facility to offer a program that best suits the residents needs.
